The "Kidney" for Liquid Cooling: Next-Gen Purification Technology Safeguards High-Density Data Centers

Driven by the exponential growth in AI computing power, server power density continues to rise, making cold plate liquid cooling the mainstream solution in the market. This trend has placed higher demands on the quality of the secondary-side coolant, with key challenges including water quality degradation, clogging, and leakage—issues that represent significant market needs.

Our product leverages a proprietary mixed-formula technology (protected by original patent), incorporating specialized resins, to perform online purification of the coolant in the secondary side of cold plate systems. The treated coolant exiting the device achieves a resistivity of 18.25 MΩ·cm and a pH of 7.3+, making it weakly alkaline ultrapure water.

By modifying the properties of ultrapure water, our technology maintains the insulating characteristic of 18.25 MΩ·cm while shifting the traditionally acidic pH to a weakly alkaline 7.3+. This innovation prevents corrosive reactions with metal materials in cold plates and minimizes server damage risks in the event of coolant leaks.

The "closed-loop + ion-exchange resin filter" system functions like a "kidney" for liquid cooling setups. It continuously removes harmful ions from the coolant, ensuring the solution remains highly pure with low conductivity. This enables maintenance-free operation for several years without fluid replacement, significantly enhancing data center safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
